Shipping and Payment

Delivery is only within Germany with DHL. All items offered are ready for dispatch immediately, unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description.

Deliveries abroad

We also deliver abroad, but only against advance payment, PayPal or credit card. Please note that any costs incurred are solely your responsibility. If the delivery is to a non-EU country, you are responsible for handling any tax claims yourself. We do not cover customs costs, export declarations, etc. that arise when delivering to non-EU countries.

Delivery time / 24 h shipping service
We will process your order immediately after receipt. We are constantly working on improving logistics in order to shorten delivery times even further. We endeavour to dispatch goods ordered on working days before 1:30 p.m. on the same day so that you receive them the next day. The delivery time naturally always depends on the shipping company. International shipments take longer depending on the destination country.

Important NOTE
Despite all care, damage may occur during delivery. In this case, we will of course reimburse you for the damaged items free of charge. Transport damage must be reported to the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods. Please then inform us of any transport damage found. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
